Prints and products are hand-made to order, and therefore, unfortunately, we do not accept any returns.
With the exception, of course, in the case where a product is incorrect, damaged or defective due to our error.
If you have any product issues please contact email@example.com, please provide proof of purchase such as your order number, your details and details of the issue.
Our sincerest apologies if the print or product you ordered was defective or damaged on delivery. We will first offer you the option to have the product replaced immediately with a reprint, however, you may also opt for a full refund.
You must contact us within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.
Please do not attempt to send your purchase back before contacting us and receiving instructions to do so.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you opt for and are approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, this may take a few days to process fully, but we will initiate it from our end immediately.
If you are required to send a product back for inspection, we will send you an email to notify you when we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- An issue is brought to our attention more than 14 days after delivery.
For replacements, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your new product to reach you may vary.
